Unusual ideas of serving salads to the New Year's table

New Year's wreath "Caprese" in the Italian style

Caprese Salad is a famous Italian appetizer that takes several minutes to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 gr
  • Mozzarella - 70 - 100 gr
  • basil - 20 leaves
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp. spoons
  • oregano - 1 pinch
  • capers - 1 tsp
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Cooking:

1. Wash and dry basil with tomatoes.

2. On a flat dish, first lay the largest basil leaves, then arrange the tomatoes or their halves and balls of cheese.

3. Pour olive oil and, if desired, balsamic vinegar.

Salmon on a fur coat

A great alternative to the usual herring under a fur coat.

Ingredients:

  • salted salmon - 250 gr
  • boiled potatoes - 1 pc.
  • hard-boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
  • boiled carrot - 1 pc.
  • boiled beets - 1 pc.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • 6% vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

1. Eat grated vegetables and eggs.

2. Finely chop the onion and soak in vinegar for 15 minutes, then squeeze well.

3. All ingredients must be laid out in layers: 1st layer - beets, 2nd layer - carrots, 3rd layer - egg, 4th layer - potatoes, 5th layer - onions and the last layer - salmon.

4. Optionally, the salad can be decorated with parsley and grated egg white.

Balls "Salad assorted"

Balls "Assorted Salad" - an original, beautiful and very spectacular snack that will delight and surprise the whole family.

Ingredients:

  • salted herring - 150 gr
  • potato - 2 pieces
  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • onion - half heads
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • salt, pepper, greens - to taste

Cooking:

1. Otvarite potatoes with eggs and grate.

2. Add chopped herring and chopped onion.

3. Add 2 spoons of mayonnaise with spices, mix thoroughly and roll the balls.

4. At will the ball can be decorated with greens.

Balls with fish

Ingredients:

  • pink salmon - 3 4 banks
  • egg - 4 pieces
  • hard cheese - 50 gr
  • carrots - 1 pc
  • onions - half heads
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

1. Otvarete eggs and carrots. Separate the whites from the yolks.

2. Mash pink salmon with a spoon and add 2 finely chopped egg whites, grated carrots and cheese.

3. Add chopped onion and season with 2 spoons of mayonnaise.

4. Crush the egg yolks.

5. From fish mass roll small balls and roll in yolk.

Chicken fillet balls and mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 150 gr
  • champignons - 150 gr
  • cucumber - 1 pc
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • walnuts - 70 gr
  • mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. spoon
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

1. Remove chicken and cut into small pieces.

2. Boil the mushrooms and fry with a small amount of onion.

3. Grate the cucumber and mix with 1 spoon of mayonnaise.

4. Mix the ingredients and roll the small balls.

5. Crush walnuts and roll balls in this mass.
