3. Boil the beans in boiled water, add the remaining vegetables and cook for 40-45 minutes.

4. Add the pre-washed rice to the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes. Add salt, pepper and herbs to taste.

Bruschetta

Ingredients:

  • 1 ciabatta (Italian white bread made from wheat flour and yeast)

  • half a teaspoon of lemon juice
  • hard cheese (best to take parmesan)
  • salt to taste

Cooking:

1. Drain sliced ​​bread in a dry frying pan without butter or grilled. Grate the garlic loaves.

2. Wash the tomatoes and dice. Finely chop the basil and add the chopped tomatoes. Add lemon juice, olive oil and mix.

  • 150 grams of rice ("arborio")
  • 400 ml chicken broth
  • 80 ml of white wine (you can take a white semi-sweet)
  • 200 grams of champignons (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 30 grams of parmesan
  • 100 ml of 20% cream
  • olive oil
  • salt, pepper and parsley to taste

Cooking:

1. Finely chop the onion and fry in olive oil. Cut the mushrooms, chop the garlic and add to the onion.

2.Drink parmesan on a coarse grater, mix with chopped parsley and add cream with 20% fat.

3. Take another frying pan, melt the butter in it and fry rice in butter.

4. Add wine to rice and let rice wash in wine for a few minutes. Add chicken broth and cook for 15 minutes.

5. Add mushrooms, creamy mass. Cook for a couple of minutes and add salt and pepper to taste.

Panna cotta

Panna Cotta is a famous Italian cream dessert that is usually served together with berries, fruit and sweet sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 8 grams of instant gelatin
  • 50 ml of cold water
  • 50 ml of water for syrup
  • 250 ml of 35% cream
  • 125 ml of milk with fat content of 3%
  • 110 grams of sugar
  • a couple drops of vanilla extract
  • 2 lemons

Cooking:

1. Pour gelatin with cold water and wait until it is softened.

2. At the same time, pour in a saucepan cream, milk, 60 grams of sugar, a couple of drops of natural vanilla extract and boil.

3. Add gelatin to the resulting mass, mix, pour into molds and send to the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.

4. Getting to the preparation of lemon syrup: remove the zest from the lemon, add sugar, water and bring this mass to a boil. Pour the syrup over the dessert.
